Gallery: Cosplayers at EB Games Expo 2013

Ah cosplayers. No gaming, anime or movie convention would be quite the same without them. This year I must say there were fewer cosplayers hanging around the EB Games Expo than there was last year, but the Just Cos cosplay competition that is a major part of the event drew them in droves.

Naturally we were there with our camera on to take photos of the best, the most creative, the weirdest and the downright frightening. Below you'll find a gallery of 22 of our favourites from the day; just click on them for the full version.

Preview: Blast 'Em Bunnies (PlayStation 4)

Preview by Matt S.

Three months ago, if you had have told me that my most anticipated PlayStation 4 game would be a indie title from a tiny Australian development team, I would have laughed at you.

And yet, in the absence of a concrete announcement that Kadokawa Games' Natural Doctrine would be localised, and the lack of information regarding Sony's E3 darling (as far as I'm concerned), The Order 1886, I found myself drawn like a moth to a really bright friggin' light when I saw Nnooo's Blast 'Em Bunnies on show at the Sony EB Games Expo 2013 booth.

PlayStation 4 hands on; this could well be the greatest console ever

Update: Thanks to everyone that took the time to leave us a genuine comment - it was great hearing from you all. However, as the comments have degenerated into a lot of insult slinging and elitism, I've decided that enough is enough and unfortunately the comments for this story needed to be shut down. Thank you for understanding.

In the lead up to the EB Games Expo, Sony held a media event to give journalists time with the PlayStation 4 and Vita consoles before tomorrow's inevitable hours-long lines (thanks for that, Sony!). Having finally had the chance to have some hands-on time with the console, I am now convinced that not only is Sony is on to a winner, but it has produced a console with the potential to legitimately take over the PlayStation 2 as the best console ever made.
