Running Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional OS, Treo Pro is the first Palm handset to offer Internet Explorer Mobile 6. Users can pan or zoom on any web page for easier browsing and navigation. The phone also comes with a full Microsoft Office Mobile Suite for managing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents. There is also Adobe Flash Lite 3.1 for viewing Adobe Flash content. However, it will be better if the 2.4" touchscreen can expand a little, so as to enhance viewing results.

Targeted at business users, Treo Pro is equipped with a wide range of features for messaging needs. Apart from instant messaging on AIM, Yahoo and Windows Live Messenger, the handset supports Microsoft's Direct Push Technology that offers real-time email delivery.
