Sprint’s Samsung Instinct S30 – The Instinct Mini

Samsung Instinct S30 (m810) is actually a new version of the popular Samsung Instinct, which comes with familiar features but a nicer design. Coming in two attractive colors, Cobalt Metal and Copper, the phone is likely to impress users with its responsive user interface and how it brings a smooth and desktop-like web browsing experience.

Thanks to the gently rounded corners and curvy lines, S30 measures 4.57" (L) x 2.17" (W) x 0.48" (D) and looks slimmer than its predecessor, hence giving it the name Samsung Instinct Mini. On the hardware, S30 is equipped with a revised touchscreen panel. The 3.2" resistive touchscreen offers an onscreen QWERTY keyboard with increased accuracy. Every touch-input is confirmed through a gentle vibration feedback and a "click" sound, while both can be disabled and turned down.

Regarding the software side, the user interface of S30 is intuitive and simple to navigate. The main screen holds three touch-sensitive icons for "Back", "Home" and "Call/End" only, giving a clean and tidy look on-screen. The pre-installed Opera Mini Browser 4.2 is another highlight. Being one of the leaders among cell phone web browsers, Opera Mini serves up full-HTML web pages, just as how it would appear on desktops.

With Sprint as carrier, S30 supports GPS with Sprint Navigation, providing on-screen maps and spoken turn-by-turn directions. It has Sprint Video and can work with Sprint’s music store, while the compatibility of MicroSDHC card has increased to 16GB for bigger storage. S30 can also supports instant messaging, as well as Calendar Sync, which allows users to synchronize the phone with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

S30 is putting everything you need right at your fingertips, with more advanced touchscreen and faster full web browsing experience. It will not only keep you connected, but also offer you a new and enjoyable experience which is out of your imagination.
